Once again this year (2012) I entered the Beccles Kart Championship and I was absolutely thrilled to have finished second and achieved the fastest lap in the track's history of 49.87 seconds.

I would have liked to have finished first but my main objective was to try and obtain a full MSA license at the age of 9 years and visit all the appropriate MSA circuits in the UK, so my focus was centered around this.

In Jan 2012, I managed to pass my compulsory ARKS test and complete the 12 separate meetings at various circuits in the UK required to achieve this.

Now that a very small piece of my road has been constructed in motorsport, I'm looking to enter the premier UK karting series - SUPER ONE. This has been a stepping-stone for various formula one drivers including Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button.

I realise at just 10 years old I will be one of the youngest competitors, but after listening to the advice from my great team, we all feel I'm ready and capable to race in the UK's ultimate series.

My team and sponsors play a very big part in this and I would like to thank them all for their help and support in my quest to become a professional racing driver.
